Bakhoor.co.in exists to give readers accurate, independent information about bakhoor and home fragrance. These are the rules we follow.
Independence
We are not owned by, or paid by, any bakhoor, oud or fragrance brand. We don’t publish sponsored content, we don’t use affiliate links, and we don’t accept free products in exchange for coverage. If that ever changes, we will say so clearly on every page it affects and update this policy first.
How we choose topics
We write about the questions readers most often ask, based on search interest, community discussions and messages we receive. We prioritise topics where clear, trustworthy information is hard to find.
Accuracy and sources
Every guide is researched from reliable sources and reviewed by our editorial team before publishing. We link to the sources we rely on. You can read the full process on our How we research page.
Health and safety information
When we cover the health effects of smoke or safe burning, we summarise published research and general safety practice. This is general information, not medical advice.
Corrections and updates
If we get something wrong, we fix it. Readers can report errors through our contact page. We correct factual mistakes as soon as we have checked them, and we update the date on a guide when we make a meaningful change.
Comments
We welcome questions and experiences in the comments. We remove spam, personal attacks and promotional links, and we may hold a first comment for review before it appears.
